GFWAust carried out permeation grouting with microfine cements beneath the load bearing walls

The $1.2million redevelopment of 494 Bronte Road required ground improvement of the loose sands beneath the load bearing walls. Due to limitations on accessibility the Geotechnical Engineers proposed this was carried out by permeation grouting through hand held grout spears.

GFWAust was appointed to carry out the ground improvement, this was achieved through the injection of microfine cement through 20mm diameter grout spears installed by hand beneath the load bearing walls to a depth of 2m
